Wildflower honey, also known as polyfloral honey, is derived from the nectar of numerous species of flowers or blossoms. The taste, aroma and flavor will vary from season to season, depending on which flowers are dominant at the time the nectar is collected. Here in Arizona there's lots of alfalfa so the wild flower mainly comes from there. This is our number one best seller especially for seasonal allergies.
Greek yogurt with some sliced almonds pairs really well with wildflower or in some smoothies or oatmeal, but its excellent in type of teas or coffee as well.
